The series Far-West Days began as a way to revisit some of the same concepts explored in "Adventures of the Kimono Cowboy in the Far-West" from a different perspective.
By scrutinizing postcards, toys, scraps of paper and other ephemera I accumulated while doing visual research for 'Kimono Cowboy,' I re-expose to the dispassionate lens of the camera some of the imagery that we create to visually represent Japanese and American culture to folks just passing through.
